BTBA PREP ACADEMY BUDGET:

Full Fledge K-2 Academy Class

- This will emphasize the basic fundamentals of learning (reading, writing and arithmetic), this class will operate at a 1:8 ratio and students will have class Monday- Thursday from 9am to 1pm enrolled students can stay until 6pm as an After School Student.

- The cost of school will be $200 per week and will include, meals, academic learning path, 4 selected enrichment classes per semester, and village support.

- Total cost of school: $8000 (12) = $96,000 income

Prep 3rd to 5th Budget:

- Each teacher will guide a maximum of 12 learning journeys. Each group should consist of a guide, a mentor, and an advisor.
- The cost of school will be $150 per week and will include, meals, academic learning path, 4 selected enrichment classes per semester, 2 service opportunities per semester, and village support. 

- Total cost of school: $6000 per year (20 students) =  $    120,000 income

Additional Fees:

- Include, but are not limited to:
Uniform Fee: $250 per year
Curriculum Fee: $175 per year
Village Development (team building, staff celebrations, professional development, PTO etc) Fee: $400 per year 
- Total in fees for the year: $825 per year  $412.50 per semester = $9,900 income

Field Trip Fee: $250 per year
Athletic Fee: $175 per year
