Private PreK Teacher

  • Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

  • Start pay: $17-20/hr

  • Create a safe, nurturing environment by enforcing classroom rules, meeting basic needs, supervising activities, and maintaining health/safety standards.

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction by adapting teaching methods, providing learning tools, implementing lesson plans, and facilitating songs, games, and storytelling.

  • Support child development by helping students reach developmental milestones, encouraging social skills, and tracking and assessing progress using various assessment techniques. 

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff through regular communication, collaboration with Assistant Teachers, and consistent parent updates.

  • Maintain classroom organization by keeping spaces clean, managing inventory, following BTBA Brand Guidelines, and attending required training sessions.

  • Have a high level of continued educational commitment.

PreK Prep Teacher

  • Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

  • Start pay: $17-20/hr

  • Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

  • Start pay: $17-20/hr

  • ​Enthusiastic, engaging, high energy, patient, great communicator, fun, creative, mindful

  • Familiar with GELDs and toddler development

  • Must have CDA by December 2025

  • At least two years experience working with toddlers

Assistant Teacher

  • Monday - Friday; 7am - 4pm

  • Start pay: 15-17/hr

  • Team player, enthusiastic, engaging, high energy, patient, great communicator, fun, creative, mindful

  • Familiar with GELDs and Pre-K development

  • Must have CDA by December 2025

  • At least two years experience working in Pre-K

  • Must be willing to take additional training and desire to be Lead Teacher

Floater

  • Part-time; 10-20 hours a week

  • Start pay: $13-16/hr

  • Provide flexible classroom support by assisting teachers with supervision, materials prep, and stepping in as a substitute when needed.

  • Support school operations by performing clerical duties like filing, data entry, answering phones, and helping coordinate events.

  • Assist with student supervision during lunch, recess, transitions, and offer small-group or indIvidual academic/behavioral support.

  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment by monitoring hallways, supporting custodial tasks, and ensuring student safety.

  • Adapt to various roles as needed across programs.

  • Prior experience in a school or childcare setting preferred.

ASP Supervisor

  • Monday - Friday; 1pm - 6:00pm

  • Start pay: $18/hr

  • Lead and manage staff and volunteers by creating schedules, conducting meetings, maintaining morale, and overseeing program operations.

  • Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining transportation documents, driving records, registration forms, and overseeing daily sign-in/out procedures.

  • Communicate and engage effectively with parents, students, and staff through Procare, registration updates, customer service, and brand promotion.

  • Support organizational growth by submitting learning goals and board reports, hosting student celebrations, attending training, and promoting programs and student achievements.
