Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

Start pay: $17-20/hr

Create a safe, nurturing environment by enforcing classroom rules, meeting basic needs, supervising activities, and maintaining health/safety standards.

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction by adapting teaching methods, providing learning tools, implementing lesson plans, and facilitating songs, games, and storytelling.

Support child development by helping students reach developmental milestones, encouraging social skills, and tracking and assessing progress using various assessment techniques. 

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff through regular communication, collaboration with Assistant Teachers, and consistent parent updates.

Maintain classroom organization by keeping spaces clean, managing inventory, following BTBA Brand Guidelines, and attending required training sessions.

Have a high level of continued educational commitment.
