What You'll Do

Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs.

Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and play-based activities aligned with GELDs (Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards)

Communicate effectively with families and team members to support each child's growth.

Model and reinforce positive behaviors, routines, and social-emotional development

Track and document milestones to support learning goals and readiness
What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care or early learning setting

Strong communication skills and a nurturing, mindful approach to classroom management

Familiarity with GELDs and toddler developmental benchmarks

A natural sense of creativity, energy, and joy when working with young children

A Child Development Associate (CDA) or commitment to earn one by December 2025
