Key Responsibilities
Classroom Support
Assist lead teachers with student supervision, classroom management, and activity preparation. Step in as a substitute when needed to ensure smooth learning experiences.
School Operations
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and helping organize school events and communication.
Student Supervision
Monitor students during lunch, recess, transitions, and provide small-group or one-on-one academic or behavioral support as needed.
Campus Safety & Cleanliness
Help maintain a clean and safe school environment by monitoring hallways, supporting basic custodial tasks, and reinforcing safety procedures.
Flexibility & Collaboration
Adapt to different roles across grade levels and programs, based on daily staffing and student needs.
