Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Program Management

Lead, schedule, and support ASP staff and volunteers

Conduct team meetings and foster a positive, high-morale environment

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth program delivery
Compliance & Safety Oversight

Maintain up-to-date transportation documents, driving records, and registration files

Ensure accuracy in daily student sign-in/sign-out procedures

Uphold safety standards and state/local compliance regulations
Communication & Engagement

Communicate with families and staff via Procare and other platforms

Manage registration updates and respond to parent inquiries

Serve as a visible ambassador for the program, promoting its mission and values
Growth, Reporting & Enrichment

Submit student learning goals and reports for leadership and board review

Organize student recognition events and celebrations

Participate in professional development and staff trainings

Promote organizational programs and highlight student achievements
