COVID-19 AWARENESS

Project Future Inc. and Beyond The Books Academy is taking extreme measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. As always, the health and safety of our faculty and staff members,  families, and visitors are our top priority. Specific procedures have been set in motion and are outlined below.

To prevent the spread of germs we are permitting guests from inserting Beyond the Books Academy and Your Center Stage Enrichment Center unless they have received written approval by the Director, Phebe Phillips prior to their visit.

Beyond The Books Academy

Arrival and Dismissal

Upon arrival each child will have their temperature checked by an infrared forehead thermometer and documented. Children will only be able to enter and exit through one door in the building upon arrival and for dismissal.

  • Face masks are required in order to enter the building.

  • Restrooms are strictly for the use of our students and faculty members. No outsider will be allowed to enter the building and use such facilities.

  • Each child’s belongings will be kept separated from others’ and in individually labeled containers, cubbies, or areas. It is the responsibility of the parent to sanitize those items as they choose.

  • Each child will be assigned to a specific group. Groups of students will stay together, with the same teacher throughout/across school days. Groups will not be allowed to mix.

  • Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected in the school daily, and between use as frequently as possible.

  • Individually plated meals will be served to each child.

  • Parents, we ask that you do your best to complete the things below:
